Finally got around to getting a new rear wheel for my bike today, so i think im gonna go out tomoz after work kinda hope its gonna be dark by the time i go there is nothing like riding in the night lol

Great vids as always, bit more interesting with me doing dumb shit in them though rather than your flawless runs.

Me and Tom sessioned the jumps then rode the road to the final descent which I had to do without a chain (new bits going on tomorrow) we bumped into Jim again in the car park just after his 7th run..he wasn't looking tired either.

Alright guys was nice to bump into you lads today, twice as Mojo says. Didn't look tired, I hid it well mate really feeling it now. Great day though, had some proper sketch moments but survived to tell the tale. Body armour can't come soon enough

Nice to see everyone today.

Mike is now knows as captain Loads-of-skills, he got some great air. My self on the other hand is captain No-Guts got air maybe 4 times. After my first "real" off my riding lvl has gone back 3 months.

O and mike I worked out why the gears where totaly not working. The derailer hanger was in bits :shock:

But even as it was fked I had hell of a job to get it off. Can not re-feed the cable as the end if farded. So will look at it again tomorrow, but atm I have a none working canyon.

I just spent a few hours fitting my upgrades, wheels are mint and well beefy

XT Splined Disk Hubs,
Mavic EN521 Disk Rims
Black DT Swiss Spokes

Topped Off With
Black and Silver Crank Bros QR's (Same as Daz's seat post clamp)
XT 180 Disks F&R (Splined)

The wheels should stand up a lot better than my old ones.

Also fitted new rear mech, cassette and chain, and put some carbon patches over the cable wears......this is in addition to last weeks XT Brake Upgrade and a recent pair of MG1's

Wicked day at FOD enduro peeps weather was pants would have sworn you was riding through cement not mud in places but we got there in the end, wet gloopy mud, slippy slide all the way haha, 2 laps 2:43 minutes i think had waterproofs on that totaly boiled me, and suffered from major chain suck, well i think everyone did. stayed rubber side down so happy days

nice one for the lift shaun :P

I'm down at Afan tomorrow, was planning on parking in Afan car park, doing omega and elevator to the fire road, doing Whytes climb, across the top and Y Wal descent. Not sure if my glass back will handle W2 but happy to meet up and give it a go, may have to bail out half way though.

Got the school run to do first so will get there aroung 9:45 if that's any good?
