Sorry to hear you're ill Tom, not sure about Sunday, think my all day XC days are over tbh, I just don't enjoy hucking the Hanzz up .... any sort of gradient.

Plaaying on the FR section sounds like a plan, there were a big group up there last night (not sure why I mentioned that)

Be good to get the GoPro etc up there.

Interesting point about your feet Tom, I'm sure we'll all disucss that more at some time. Sounds like my 'front wheel dive' issue

Hi Paul best thing todo is keep an eye on the post here and just meet up one evening or weekend.
tuesday thrursday 6:30pm is a usual in cwm carn. and then a Sunday ride usualy around 9:30am unless we off on a mission someware away, just say yes im up for it and car share with someone.

Hoping to be out tomorrow evenin, but obviously won't be at the DH at Cwmcarn on my hardtail Probably a bit of XC and I think something over Manmoel way, but really depends whos about. If there's no take up then I'll bang out a lap of CC.

what i heared from my LBS sram do not like spare parts try your LBS hope you have better luck than me when i wanted a circlip for my sram x0 rear mech.

anyone out tomorrow around 6 ish at cwm carn? xc loop or a play on DH?
