Also picked up a PureGrip X King 2.4 for a tenner in the bike shop at Degla, didnt relly need to new rear tyre but the bargain was too good to resist, got home after the ride and noticed i'd torn the sidewall in my mountain king for the second time, a properly bad rip this time meant inner tube was actually poking out. Anyway, gave me an excuse to fit the X King

With my Datum 20 pushed back again, I've had a change of heart and gone for the lower specced Datum 10
Having seen both now in the flesh I actually prefer the deep metallic red of the 10 and it's cheaper to boot. Sure it's only Tiagra but after a quick I was thoroughly impressed with how it performed so rather than wait another few months I should be getting it this week
Now I just need to buy some new roadie gear :oops: 0 -

Given the TRP's a quick spin on a Grade this morning and they felt alright, i just figure for the sake of what I'm going to be doing on it they'll most likely be as good as I need them to be Can always upgrade at later date as the Tiagra wears out 0 -
