  • Omg... superstar clearance sale and I scored a wheelset I've been saving for for ages!

Flow EX, Tesla EVO (Orange), CX-Ray spokes and brass nipples. £170!

Theyre still £415 if you put them through the custom builder!

I'm very tempted by a set of DT swiss m 442 rims on switch evo hubs at £160.

I hope you used the extra15 code too

Had a few purchase recently - superstar organic pads x4, El guapo ancho bars from the Planet X sale for £20 (a stupid 810mm wide!) and recently some fox ranger gloves from the shop at coed y brenin as the red fox trail had finished them off!

Pacestar Hans Dampf for the back of the Canyon.

    Couple of spare inner tubes.

A tmars dropper. Want a dropper for the Scandal, don't fancy a Lev in 27.2 as I feel it could be too temperamental, and the Thomson doesn't seem to exist yet, so got a cheap one to tide me over.

Just ordered a Thomson Elite Covert Dropper :D

Been waiting for it to appear on CRC since I knew I was getting refunded for my Lev and kept googling it in the hope it would finally appear somewhere other than I-Ride for £350. Luck would have it, Westbrook Cycles just popped up for £300. Quick phone call to check it was in stock and the very friendly man checked with the supplier and told me I should have it by Friday. Turns out they're not far from where my dad used to live either, what a small world.

Hopefully it's more reliable than the Lev was and that 2 year no servicing will be nice if it turns out to be true. Although it should be how droppers should be anyway IMO since they probably get used as much in that time as a fork or shock would in one ride.

Nice POAH, be interested to see how you find it in a couple of week. I have just fitted a '14 Monarch + Debonair to my 5 and its been fantastic, although i love the look of the Inline, so would be interested in long term reviews!

A 4x18650 holder so I can use proper 18650s in my new Solarstorm X2, plus another 4 proper 18650s from Torchy the battery boy, so I have some spares.

Ran out of old tooth brushes, dish scrubbers and ripped up boxer shorts so time for a proper cleaning kit :)

I don't have an outside tap and live on top floor so this will save multiple trips up and down the stairs with buckets of water, or washing my bike in the shower! I'm not expecting much for the massively expensive price of £16.99 but we'll see how it goes :)

I had the same cleaning tools, still went back to a toothbrush/small soft bristled brush as they didn't really do the job getting into the nooks and crannies.

    Deuter_energy-bag_2013.jpg

Deuter energy bag, so I can put in my 4x18650 battery case for my lights (when the battery case eventually arrives from China).

Also a Pearl Izumi short sleeve black jersey. I'm working in London and walked past the Giant shop near The Barbican when I was out to get something to eat last night. Found the shop, sale on, nice jersey for a tenner.
