Roo.....maybe you could answer this next question......i was looking at the headsets on crc earlier trying to work out how to tell if one is suitable.........are they specific sizes or does one fit several headtube diametres ?...cos they don't give any indication as to sizing fitment for particular frames.

Just been looking at frames, coz his nibs bike is too big for him and thought about one of these http://www.allterraincycles.co.uk/product/9604.html
Any good folks?....he could have a 16" instead of the 19" frame he rides now!

My lad rode one of those when he was 13 , more than good enough , he did me proud on it by riding all the coed y brenin trails on it including the Karrimor which is a long trail, not bad for a 13 year old ..... Actually the frames still in the shed looking tired ,,
    well worth the money
Now he ride a girly pink on one !!

The one after that is down in the Chilterns on july 25th. Have you joined the Facebook group? All rides are set up on there and are a lot easier to find. search in Facebook for Slow Rides for Unfit People.

looks like a saturday is the best out of all those who expressed a preference

though if the loops as good as they say it is, i will probably do it again in the week for those that carnt make it and those that want to do it again
