I enjoyed our course at Dalby with Steve from ChasingTrails.co.uk, beginner level concentrating on your position on the bike, allowing the bike to move around under you and understanding that sometimes you just need to let the bike roll over obstacles and have the confidence to let it do what it's designed to do (if that makes sense).

I think I'm still alive although a little sulky as my beloved hubby has given me lurgy, been sneezing like a good un today lol....and when I sneeze, I sneeze like a machine gun...tiz most fun lol

has anyone who is going to the peaks tomorrow got a spanner set they could bring with them.
i could do with moving my shock to its rear mount, so its more suited to peak duties
its an easy job to do, i just can't find a spanner
