Did the Werewolf drop for the first time today! Then promptly fell off twice in quick succession as my front end slid out in the dust on the last section of follow the dog.

Looked in the mirror when I got back in the car.....I don't know how you kept a straight face talking to me Roo as that dust moustache was quite comical!

On the shirt idea, I'm a big fan of the coolmax material so that would get my vote.

Hope the guys and girls doing Cannock tomorrow have a great day!

that last off was a strange one, you'd done all the techy stuff and was just sailing around the berms at the very end of ftd and woosh

that dirt mustache, to tell the truth after you'd wiped the really bad stuff off, i just thought it was a normal mustache, and didnt really notice

tell you what my legs are energy less at the moment, i think we did more than we realised

great idea for t shirts, but, you're not always going to be slow riders?
so why put that on your shirts

i had a great time riding with you all. really boosted my confidance after a very nasty fall

so what if i rode the red monkey trail fast chesley, i stopped and asked everyone that had a problem if they needed help

im a bloody good rider, i made sure everyone in our little group was ok

Personally, I don't have a problem with faster riders going up front and the group splitting into smaller groups of faster/slower riders. As donkeysled says above, as long as you look out for the riders in your group and nobody gets left at the back on their own. You will always get some riders faster than others, some riders better at climbing and some better at descending etc.

Hey donkeysled, you ever ride at Swinley forest? What do you think of it? We been there once led by 2 others and didn't think too much to it. Weather was cr*p at the time tho.

    Hi Guys,

Your right on the T shirts these things take a life of there own and quite honestly you will never get concensus with a group this large.

For my money I think you keep it simple, Tortoise on the front and for me some logo on the hem line at the rear like ' Slow Riders on Facebook'

Personally I think you should stay away from corporate identities as that can just open up one can of worms when that was your last intention and we all carry enough corporate branding on our bikes and the rest of the kit.

For me it's just a laugh I simply love the Tortoise Logo (congrats to Roo) and thought it was a shame not to splash it around a bit.

Printing wise we will get the most econimical deal if we keep it simple and simply order a mixed bag of sizes with one logo on the front and one on the rear, if people want to personalise there shirts with other stuff then either use the iron on transfers or simply use the image of the logo (once we have one of a good size for printing) and get there shirts printed individually.

I can tell you what mine won't be, racing lycra. I don't look good in anything skin tight!!!!!

I like the baggy freeride style but if PuddleRider's contact does it for us it depends on what shirts he has (unless someone with contacts in the Jersey producing industry can provide plain ones at reasonable charge!!!!!)

I don't fancy lycra either....especially riding with you lot and your tyre fetishes, you might start eyeing up my spare ones!

    thats what i thought. baggy
though the question of sleeve length is different.
i think most people will want short sleeve, though i prefer long sleeve
another thought is that enduro do one that is not tight and not baggy more of a casual fit

Baggy is the way forward. Streamline is for lazy people.
