The Tesco value brand load most definitely is not the same flavour as Soreen but then I'm thinking I want it for the energy and not the flavour particularly.
TBH I more worried about eating a Malt loaf at all - bits of brown malt loaf stuck between your teeth is not a good look and blowing off like a howitzer tends to scare animals and those of a nervous disposition :-)0 -

Go to http://www.hotukdeals.com then on the top right enter the name of the shop in "find voucher codes". For instance there's a valid £20 off £200 spend on Wiggle on there.
Its SAVE40 and gives you £40 off a £200 spend. Not bad.x-x-x-x-x-x-x-x

Ballacks, just spent about £160 on winter boots and a few other bits from Wiggle last week.
Could’ve effectively got £40 worth of “free” stuff!0 -

Thanks for that - an excellent deal. Sadly it's only for clothes/shoes and i'm looking to purchase a bike box and some lights so doesn't work0 -
Tempted by the Lusso jerseys on sportpursuit at the mo', £21 for a jersey made in Britain.
Not sure about sizes though... I'm an xxl in vermarc jerseys, a large for tenn jerseys and seem to be right in the middle of l and xl for lusso.
Anyone know how they size up? Oh, and I have a couple of pairs of lusso bibs, one xl and one xxl and they both fit fine, if that counts for anything...Ribble Audax - FCN 5

Seriously tempted by planet x carbon clinchers (alu brake rim) for £399 ....0

iPete wrote:kingrollo wrote:Seriously tempted by planet x carbon clinchers (alu brake rim) for £399 ....
Is that the normal price or are they a proper bargain at the mo?
Edit: £100 off hmmm I don't even have a bike these would fit on at the mo, why am I tempted
Ive been out injured for well over a year - but have just pulled the trigger on these - i just don't see them getting much cheaper - and can recoup a good whack in classifieds.
ive always wanted some carbon wheels - at long last they are on there way !!0 -

And anyone spotted any good inner tube deals?
I had a look about a week ago but couldn't find anything. Could do a group London buy on a box of 50 I guess, works out at £2.10 each.

Bit of a faff to organise but it is silly us all buying inner tubes individually for more really.- Genesis Croix de Fer

On the subject of tyres, I have been running Conti GP 4 seasons for years now - good grip, reasonably puncture resistant etc. But in the last six months boyf and I have had 4 tyres fail, with a bulge along the side wall. Anyone else had this?0

One thing to point out is that it's blue but has a nice pattern/ grip on the top & sides, certainly seemed well in the wet this morning. Obviously only one ride so can't comment on how long it will last. Last winter I ran a Vittoria Zaffiro, cost about £8 and lasted through winter.EightOhEight wrote:

Decathlon. 2 for £3. Only issue being you have to collect in store, and they don't have loads of stores.0 -
