Not as good a deal as the Wilier posted on the previous page, but Sigma have this dale reduced from £900 to £748, plus 4.2% through TCB, should make it something around the £715 mark.

Decent frame, and carbon forks, sadly only an 8 spd Claris groupset, but you could conceivably use that until it dies, and then fit one of those super cheap Ali Express grouspets in it's place.

Not seen deals like that, since 5700 could be had for £280 from Ribble.

£6 back through TCB as well - kind of tempted to buy one to stash as stock, but I guess my need for rim brakes will only lessen over time.

Agreed on that - half tempted to buy a 2nd one for my partner to use on her upcoming cargo ebike.

Our local council have bought 4 and will allow local small businesses to use them for 6 months for no cost, and then after that if they want to carry on with them, a nominal charge to cover maintenance.

My only issue is making room in the garage, as it's 2.75m long, and ~60cm wide around the luggage box thing.

To be fair, they look like they could be pretty useful.

I feel the cold, and was lucky enough to pick up a pair of mitchelton scott team trousers, not really knowing what they were going to be like.

They cost me £30, were brand new, fit me perfectly with no belt, length is spot on, loads of pockets, and they are made of a brilliant windstopper fabric - I used to suffer with cold legs for years, never thought to look beyond a normal pair of trousers, so these have been superb.

I wonder if these trousers you have posted could be a similar alternative - although i may struggle if the leg length is accurate, as I'd be a small or medium waist wise, but in theory 2XL is still 2 inches shy
