£600 for a 56cm frame that will fit someone up to ~5'10", Tiagra group including 405 hydraulic brakes, cracking deal for a disc brake road bike.

Same geo as Cube Attain 56cm from what I can see.

cube are very small so it won't be like a "normal" 56cm frame - just a warning!

I got one. Maybe it was a different one. Did they come with tools or something?

Anyway, have most of the Halfords deals on tyres gone now? Some seem to have a few quid off but couldn't see any deals on pairs.
After 3 punctures in 2 rides in the same section of tyre (and not being able to find anything in the tyre other than a cut mark) I need a new one. 23mm GP4000S aren't really the best of winter tyres anyway.

I think the issue was that there was briefly free postage on them so loads of us ordered one but most of the orders weren't honoured.

Mine was just an add on to another order so that makes sense. £1+p&p would be a bit expensive .

Vittoria Corsa or Pave's or if you are flush, Isotech coupled with latex inner tubes.

Haven't we had this conversation? Do you listen to a word I say?
I dunno, the yoof of today

If you were around the corner, i'd lend you a pair of tyres.
But you're not, so you are a little bit stuffed.

(FWIW - I do not know why you want to race in this weather)

Less entrants, higher chance of success.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

£10 off Sigma sports orders over £100 at the mo as well, if you pay via Amazon pay.

Just ordered one of these for £100, as they had reduced them as well, cheapest I have seen them by at least £35.
    Scott-Cadence-Plus-Helmet-Yellow-Black.jpg

Could have gotten it for £1 less has I gone through ebay, and used the code above, but it claims returns are not free, and you only have 14 days to do so - where as direct with Sigma it's free returns, and 90 days to do so.

  • Evans have Bontrager R3 TLR tyres on at £19 each (24mm), reduced from £49.

    https://www.evanscycles.com/bontrager-r ... e-EV263760

I’ve been running them on the Pinnacle for the past couple of weeks and must say I’m very impressed. Feel fast and secure in both the wet and dry.

Hopefully they’ll last well too. I couldn’t keep running the Schwalbe Pro Ones through winter as they kept getting gashes which were too much for the sealant to fix. Strangely these feel faster even than the Shwalbes.

Yes, it's silver and only the 165mm is available... But ~£175!

The black version in more traditional crank length is ~£110 more expensive and that's at a pretty good price, the silver is a steal.

Do you need a code or is it automatically applied? It didn't show up in the checkout on stuff that was already discounted (Luminite ii overshoes for £17...)

Saw some bad reviews about them but gave them a go and they were fine. Delivery (DPD) was slower than expected, but free and still less than a week which was reasonable.
  • The Bikester code is boxingday18 and the option to apply appears after you've put in your personal details. A few exceptions e.g. Garmin and Endura but it did apply to sale stuff when I tried (out of interest).
