On the product page on Evans, under the price, I just click price match and fill in the info with the link to Halfords. I even accidentally clicked it twice and they sent me two codes; I gave the second to a friend.0 -

Evans price matching is extremely ropey with them bouncing requests for no reason and accepting them when they probably shouldn't. They accepted mine yesterday at £10 but wouldn't today for the £9 (Halfords have 10% off cycle accessories today).0 -

Yeah I've done price matching with lots of companies, but have been knocked back for things that others seem to get. Wiggle wouldn't price match as no delivery available!0 -
It's funny! Wiggle told me they'd price match for me, but I'm still waiting for the order to be processed. I am deffo not paying £40-platinum for those.0

All sounds a bit rubbish doesn’t it! If they offer a price match service, they ought to honour it. Maybe wiggle could have price matched + cost of delivery.
I wouldn’t be scared of trying again, some other guy at the same company might be willing to give it.0 -
I've always had good results with evans price matching, they do change the rules from time to time though, the list of allowed suppliers to match against is now pretty small, used to be virtually anyone.
Yesterday I got them to take Wiggle's £8.99 for their £14.99 Shimano SPD cleats in the Spitalfields store, that was a walk-in show them my phone in the shop price-match. I've used the online service, but sometimes it's a bit slow, the whole point for me is to be able to get what I need same day.0 -

It was listed as £299 today so I went for it, but the order confirmation showed £351 (without warning) so I've cancelled it.0 -

If they weren't solely 3-bolt cleat compatible, I'd be tempted, the white/orange pairs on offer would kind of match the Cube frame.
But my 2006 Time ATAC XS carbons are still going strong, unlike the QC issues of recent years and on a tight budget for new toys, I'm not sure I could justify spending out on a decent pair of 3-bolt pedals on top of new shoes when I'm trying to decide on a new set of wheels that will also me to climb without rotor rub.================

Damn, with BC discount and prepaid card discount that comes out at £138, £8 more than just paid for a 130.

Still don't understand how you get the other points via FB and Instagram? Liked both but nothing came through0
