Did I read somewhere that you could make tubular tyres into tubeless by using some kind of sealant on the market.
Do you mean clincher->tubeless? Tubular tyres are completely different construction, require different rims etc.

You can do it (I converted my CX wheels to tubeless) but do your research thoroughly as some tyre/rim combinations work better than others. There's also a limit to how much tyre pressure most combinations will take (though that's not an issue for CX where the whole point is to drop the pressure further than you can with an inner tube). I'm using Stans sealant and rim strips.
I think those wheels are tubeless ready so no need to use rim strips.

Sorry, completely new to running tubeless tyres. Can I just run a normal clincher tyre with these rims without a tube or do I need special tubular tyres such as hutchinson?

here is that stuff that I saw advertised that converts normal tyres by sealing them:

What are peoples views on running tubeless - is it worth it or should I just run with clincher and tubes.
I have no experience myself. A neighbour runs tubeless on a bike like mine and says they are great. You can always carry a tube in case of emergencies as I understand it. Don't know about that sealant but it sounds like a good idea. You could just run tubes if you wanted to though.

I used to run tubeless. It was ok, but the tyres tend to feel hard and lifeless and I didn't motive any reduction in punctures.

    Yeah but 44 & 48cm frame only

They must size up a little unusually, as the 48cm has an effective top tube of 545mm, which iirc is the same as a 54cm Scott.

Good find. Shame Evans are out of stock of the jerseys I'd have bought on this deal. Still have a £100 Evans voucher knocking around that I've not got round to using due to their poor stock situation.

Ridden both, prefer the GP4000S, seem a little grippier. Both seem to ride a little bit more dead than the ZXs but have a lot longer life.
