Still representing with the Hardtail!! Although wasn't out bank holiday weekend and after-work drinks this Friday turned into a very long night bus ride home Saturday morning, so she's feeling a bit neglected. Who called at just gone 9? Apologies for not answering but it was difficult putting 2 words together.

Out this weekend for sure to release the Warrior, no excuses!!

Oh yea, that was me, you forgot to show up and Richard wanted to get going

Bungalistic, you using a spoon to carve the trails, we do it with proper tools -the knife. Therefore is that outcome! Real men.

careful. The day he gets a knife in his hand it ll become a sword, and your knife will look like a spoon.

Bungalistic I think some one is challenging you on some trails.

Wow, that makes less sense than Popstars post

3 hour pootle in Swinley today, mainly trying out new lines in the jump gulley and exploring. I now nail the easy sides of all the jumps in the gulley 10/10 , and the suprisingly easy drop in on one side :D

I can't wheelie/manual and barely get the back wheel off the ground either, so match my skills probably.

I can, but not on purpose.

You also ride slowly up hill, the way you do it you look like a pro :D

Could you all keep up if I had one of them fancy full sussers tho :P

In all seriousness i've been considering getting one, will see how my shoulder feels once i'm back riding again a bit of flex at the back may feel nicer on them longer rides.

@submityournentries - like the ragley build you have, something that can take some abuse for sure.

i recon we can all keep up if you continue to go over the handle bars!!!! :D How you healing ?

Doubt we'll make this weekend. School ride on Saturday, and pick up thel33ter's new bike on Sunday.

God knows where we are going to store all of them, will be up to seven and a few halfs.

ha ha yup though i'm sure I was travelling quite fast while in mid air.

seem to be healing ok, i'll hopefully find out in a week if it's healing slow or fast.

reckon it'll take me a few rides to get back up to speed too so i'll be the one trying to keep up

Naveed congratulations on getting into MBR mag, where the hell did they catch you!?
It will be rainy all Wednesday but least rain will be between 9.00-15.00 . Think the better route would be around Pitch-Holmbury. Never did I ride around Box hill, so can't comment on conditions of trails there.
SWales trip wouldn't work either as its rainy there too, where are you based?

    Hi Popstar,

Yeah being in MBR was a right hoot! Ended up meeting the editor Matt Hampton on a day out and we got chatting about the good old days of John Tomac and early racing coverage of X country races on Eurosport.

As for Wed, I'm personally not too bothered by the rain (as long as it's not a monsoon) Could show you a reasonable little loop in boxhill, be more than happy to mix it up with Pitch and Holmbury, just let me know when is a good time.

Give satnav for meeting up place then, very curious about boxhill. Around 10.00? Don't want to hit rush hour traffic at m25, or at least avoid some of it.

Actually, it didn't rain at all. Singletrack around Pitch and Holmbury was as moist as christmas pudding so it was a perfect -carvery day. Was very impressed with Naveed fitness on climbs, really need to get back into my old mentality of climbing. Fitness did hold me down on climbs.
Naveed was a proper Sunday warrior stylee, shame didn't take any camera so didn't film his epics. Not sure if he is fit to type anything after our ride, but surely the warrior needs some rest, Celabrity style.
