FYI tomorrow - clocks go forward tonight.

It's also Census day, or rather Jedi day for those who want their allegiance to the Force recorded.

p.s. I'm wondering around Tunnel Hill between 2.30pm and whenever the light goes today. Watch out of any bodies lying at the bottom of a hill, drop, jump. Might be me.

SH is off for me gotta go back to work, may hit Swinley for an early hour first thing. At least the light is finally returning for evening rides, winter has killed any skills I've (possibly) gained, looking forward to riding more than once a month.

    Roll on Summer.

    Anyway, have a goodun!

Posted up all over the place round Tunnel Hill...

Seems reasonable though, especially as it doesn't say you can't ride there and does say you can use established trails.

Basically just don't cause trouble. Problem is the more conflict that happens the more likely the policy will change and they boot everyone off.

Oh, and I wish kids would pick up their litter! Loads of it around jump areas. But then Swinley is the same. :(.

Yep. Walking Bottom car park as normal I think.

Anyone else about? Seems quiet at the moment.

Does look like just a few of us tommorow. I'm gonna be a bit tired, I did 27 miles today, half of that on my Enduro ... So no crazy distances

Who am I kidding, it's the first sunday epic of the year :D

Good ride for a first time back to the hills in ages. Great weather. Sunny, almost what you could call hot. Nearly summer. It'll probably rain now for the next 3 months.

More maintenance for me to do. Rear shock knackered and needs sorting, BB linkage needs servicing. What's left that I haven't done? Front shocks will probably go next. Have never been serviced. Finally seem to have got the gears right though.

Nice to get back warm and dry with no mud to clean off.

That's a great idea, next trail I find is called bacon.

This time, that was breakfast, and part of lunch :D

Got shown a wicked trail on sunday, lovely jump to start you off with some wicked loose berms on the way down

Sunset now 7.30pm-ish, so should be able to start doing evening rides if I can get out of the office early enough.

Bike needs fixing though. Need to get me a fox rear-shock service kit and then do my usual "this should only take 10 minutes" and spend a day trying to do the job. Might be sorted towards the end of the week. Though looks like rain is returning.

Managed about an hour last night, so good to get out after a crappy day at work.

Spent most of it playing on T1/T2, never sure what it's called, the jump about halfway down the second part has a few berms after it so trying to hone my technique (its still crap).

Word of warning, the road up from the garage on A25 to peaslake is closed so had to go on bit of a diversion which wasted some tme but ho hom.

Hoping to get out again tonight, probably about 5.45/6ish so give us a shout if your about.

    Cheers

I was thinking of heading out tomorrow evening too if anyone's around? I'll be a bit later, 7:00 - 7:15, so lights will still be needed!

1.5 days of school left :D:D

Then I'll be up for some Swinley rides quite often, earlier the better though.

I'll be out early sat morning, possibly at swinley. If anyone is about you'll probably find me in the labyrinth area or jump gulley if it's dry enough.

    Double posting compulsory now? ;)

I'm undecided about the weekend. Swinley has some appeal as I can ride the same sections again and again and concentrate on setting the lessons from the coaching. On the other hand, not been to the Surrey Hills for ages (or it seems that way).
