Well guys time for me to join the Ti club. Picked this up. My Sabbath Aspire. Stuck my old Cosmic Carbones on. Its much more relaxed geometry then i have been riding which will hopefully help with ongoing back issues. Will be lowering the stack height and raising the saddle to my position once i have given it a blast. On my scales i have it weighing in at 8kg, some weight to be lost. I have a lighter set of wheels also. I will set up a my bike thread shortly to detail the bikes journey. I cant wait to get out on her now. Just looks stunning in the flesh. I have decided to just run one road bike now, so needed a frame that will cope with everything. Hoepfully this is it!
Apologies about the Iphone picture.

Nice bike Russyh - thought they were white walls until I realised they were the brake track
Ti bike season now - comfort and miles.0 -
I've already posted this on its own, but just seen this thread and hope I can still join the club!
This is my new Enigma Echo that arrived last week with its custom paint job. Never buy a shiny new bike in November, could anything be more frustrating. Ive been out on it twice, it glides across the road!
These are the photos the Enigma guys teased me with before it arrived.
Enigma Echo frame
Enigma headset
Enigma C-Six Fork
Richey WCS Alu Stem
Richey WCS Alu Seat Post
Richey WCS Alu Handlebars
Ultegra 11 speed 6800 groupset
Fulcrum Racing 3 wheels
Conti 4 season tyres
Charge knife saddle
Enigma Carbon bottle cage
Richey WCS bar tape - which I may change
Got some ultegra pedals to match, not shown.
Advertised weights to be believed should be between 7.3 - 7.4kg

Me too! I have two, both used for commuting, starting with this one:
The frame is made by a company called J&L. It was about the cheapest Ti frame I could find at the time, and the whole bike was built to a budget. This is the "nice weather" bike, which effectively means I hardly ever get to ride it.
And at the other end of the scale, this one (which has a thread with more details):
Custom made frame from Firefly, built without a hard limit to the budget. This is the "British weather" bike.0 -

Kinesis Racelight Gran Fondo Ti v2 with Shimano Ultegra 6800 11 speed
very nice!
Don't suppose you could either post or send me what it's like to ride? SWMBO has come into some money and is offering to buy me a new frame for Crimbo. This is one of the shortlist
That's very nice. I'm considering switching over from my Lynskey to one of these so I can fit full length mudguards on it.2010 Lynskey R230

Sorry, not the best photos ever but here is my Sunday (Sabbath) Silk.
Campagnolo Athena groupset,
Reynolds Assault wheels
A mix of Deda, Zipp and 3T finishing kit until I can make up my mind
and now with its everyday wheels H Plus Son Archetypes...
I will post up better pics when we have better weather.

My Kinesis Tripster ATR, with huge 32mm tyres and 45mm mudguards. You could say it's a pretty practical machine

There are far too many bikes on this Ti thread with dust caps on the valves. Come on people, it's no wonder the world is in the mess it is in if people can't even take personal responsibility for getting rid of simple things like this. Sort it out.0

Nice bike - imo you can't beat Titanium!

This is my new pride and joy
I've never seen another one which is why I was drawn to itScott Foil - viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=129827790 -
I ve seen the Frameset, stand alone in Fat birds in Hunstanton. Think it was something like £3.5k . so I daren't and wont ask what your build runs.
You don't get an idea of the intricacy of the ( etching/carving) artwork on the frame from photos, has to be seen to be believed.
Have you fitted Yokazuma cables to it. I ve used them on other builds and loved them. Transferring a Ultegra 6800 groupset onto an Evo and was going to get new Ultegra cables. but fancy some of these, how do they go with the brakes?0 -
I wouldn't like to work out the full cost but it wasn't all that bad as I got the frame with a small crack which has been repaired and is 100% now.
The cables are jagwire racer in titanium as I thought they'd look nice and they actually function amazingly. The brakes are really good, not dura ace good but after a bit of tweeking they're very reliable and responsive.
It'll be a sad day if I ever need to get rid of it that's for sureScott Foil - viewtopic.php?f=40044&t=129827790 -

Indeed. Not sure what it is that does it, but it's right. Even the crankset is right. What are the wheels? Old school Ksyrium SLRs?0 -

Hi Harry,
Something creaks on my Sportive disc and has done since day one. I have the Lynskey fork as well and can't work out what it is. Does your creak as well?
