Hope Armstrong enjoyed the sight of Brad's argyle-clad ass disappearing into the distance. He should keep his mouth shut and let his legs do the talking. Lance, if you want to question team's tactics, ask yourself why you had Kloeden riding on the front of a group behind your teammate.

Liggett and Sherwen can't stop sucking up to Lance - "he's still climbing with the best in the world" etc. etc. ad nauseam.

sherwen and liggett are so far up lances ass....lol

making out like it was a great plan all along

the truth is contador is the far superior rider whether lance likes it or not

lance was always out to win this now they are tryng to make out he was part of this great tactical plan by bruyneel....

they are still trying to say lance still has a chance ...

Armstrong got stuffed - even with a tow all the way up he still couldn't live with the others. Mind you, if I could climb like that I wouldn't be complaining, but it's great to see him finally seeing the truth.

in fairness to armstrong to finish up there near the top after 3 years out is impressive
but nowhere near the lance of old

he has no acceleration on the climbs anymore

I've got a bad feeling he is going to get very boring over the next few years!

Well, that was good. I thought Wiggo had sneaked into 2nd there. On form, I reckon he'll be 2nd in Paris, what with the upcoming TT.

How high would Klodi be if he was allowed to ride for himself? And how many times over the years have people been saying that?

yes kloden could certainly do better if he had a team riding for him rather than him riding for a team

Wiggo attacking Lance is a sight I thought I would never see. Fabulous, just fabulous. I hope he can do it again on the next climb and get above Lance on the GC.
