'elo mate,
I'm well annoyed, they were delivered first thing this morning but I was up the hospital and missed the driver so got the dreaded 'you were out' card! I have arranged to collect them tomorrow late morning, otherwise they'd be sat in the warehouse all weekend!!!
Lots of piccies tomorrowOrange 2010 P7 - Custom Build - My New Bikey Poos

thanks. they are 3 years old but looks like they have been used a dozen times. i need to sort out the air pressure and preload so i ordered a shock pump yesterday0 -
forking nice
I am thinking about forking out ( ) for a set of these for the 456. Still trying to decide between these, revs or pikes. You get them from on-one?
Just the wheels now isn't it?0 -

You eaten a clown for breakfast today CWNT? lol
Yeah got them from on-one, first class service, paid after 3pm and they were sent the same day via next day courier.
Wheels, saddle & rear Q/R left, I'll get all 3 at the same time though (had a slight change of direction with my saddle & Q/R, so those have been sold)
I can highly recommend these from what I've seen so far and the reviews seem very favourable, heres the link for the Singletrack review in this months mag: http://www.magura.com/en/products/suspension-forks-2010/prod/thor-4/info/press.htmlOrange 2010 P7 - Custom Build - My New Bikey Poos

Yeh, I've read nothing but positive things about them. For me at the moment I'm just deciding if I want springs or air.
Best of luck with the rest of the build dude0 -
I asked our lbs at the back end of last year what forks they see most regularly coming back to the shop for repair work / advice / sent back to the manufacturer. And top of the list were Magura, the owner himself had to return his forks 3 times before giving up and buying a pike. I know it was enough to put me off them. I guess YMMV with any of them.0

Your not a morale officer by any chance are you BP?
Fuuny though as alot of comments I've seen from the mags etc is that the Magura forks enjoy a very high reliability record, so I'm hoping that it'll all be alright on the night :shock:Orange 2010 P7 - Custom Build - My New Bikey Poos

lol. I think if you took the averages of all returns and whatnot from all the main fork manufacturers I bet there'd be not much in it. ....apart from recent 'zocchis by all accounts. I do like the look of those Magura though.0

Wheels, saddle & rear Q/R, sold my saddle and Q/R as I've had a slight change of mind on the colour/style. I will be buying all 3 together as soon as funds allowOrange 2010 P7 - Custom Build - My New Bikey Poos
