    I vote Lib Dem...i was brought up to do so and don't know quite why I do. My mother would be horrified If I voted anything else - although she now lives in the Dordogne and UK politics should not bother her.

    Thing is, the growth was based on the estimated value of assets, so it was estimated growth.

    No one now knows what they are actually worth, the estimate has gone right down, so we are in an estimated recession.

    I'm irritated just thinking about it.

    I'd estimate that it's a real recession, but I think I know what you mean.
    Luckily I invested in gold 3 years ago (hurrah :lol: ), my job is secure and my tracker mortage costs me virtually nought. Times are really pretty good for me right now, especially relatively speaking.
