On the final stats board last year there was about 3300 miles seperating the top 10, and currently 3 months in its about 350 miles, I wonder what the span will be this year and what the top 10 cut off mileage will be....just asking, no reasonFCN 8 mainly

Last year I tore up the board when I started communting everyday, this year I'm barely making the top 20 for the month and 67th ish overall. Shame on you all.

I've got 10 miles until 1000, so will hit that on the way home.

It was only a few weeks ago we were dicing for 30th, don't think we've been overtaken, just loads of newbies wading in with their big miles.
My commute home is 15 miles if I take the direct route.

it took me a freaking age to get home last night as I was supposed to cook dinner for guests she cooked instead and wasn't overly happy, so I didn't get the sympathy I wanted for crippled legs

It's not gone unnoticed how mental the mileage currently is, question is can this level be sustained?

I'm determined to be able to do 250 mile weeks without killing myself. I'm well on the way this week - still feel pretty good.
I've decided I'm going to hit 500 miles (monthly total) before today is over, even if I have to keep riding round the block before I go in tonight.
Then I'll only have a hundred miles to do by end of Sunday....and if the weather keeps good then that'll be no problem at all.
I'm not going to make the same mistake I made last week - no cheapo bottle of white wine for me this Satruday night.0 -
