Two wheels after service is good, there have been issues with loose wheel builds but my mate had one recently and it was much better.

They do have one downside and that is selling what they personally like and try to switch you to their products, i.e the black spokes. They reckon they are weaker due to the black coating which is a load of old boll**ks. They also sold my mates parents (as a xmas present) a 2 litre camelback inner (when they asked for a 3) as they said a 3 litre would be too big, and we have used 3 litre ones for 10 years, perfect size for us.

I have always had this issue, when you go in know what you want and stick to your guns otherwise you'll be going back to change it after they sell you something different.

Im off up clent again this thursday if anyone up for that, 7pm normal place!

Cheers for all the info on 2 wheels, I will go and pay them a visit shortly as I am on the market for a new bike ;-)

The only LBS I'd recommend in this area is Worcester Specialist Cycles, Stuart and Erica I think it is, loads of mates have used them no hassle.

Have not been in there for a while, but it always appeared to be changing owners etc, could be wrong ??

Since I've been riding it was owned by the old bloke, and nearing 3years ago the 2 that worked there bought him out, I think they are staying.

    Beermosta,

Thanks, most Weds are fine, but tonight I wont be back home until turned 6is and I wont have enough time to get gear ready and get over to Kinver, so I might just end up doing a solo night ride in the wyre....if I'm not too scared ! ;-)

Just don't mention me, 2 of the people I've passed them caused them nothing but trouble they'll run away screaming :)

Only Spesh's, Trek's and Marins though sadly, so only Spesh's wouldn't touch Trek's or Marin's personally.

Ohh and Santa's and the odd other bit of bling!!

Anyone riding thursday ?? dunno what's going on yet here, bikes still poorly but useable :(

My car got smashed up aswell, 2 windows and both headlights arrsssee!! bloody piss heads!! :(

Was in there tonight BeerMonsta, VERY deep horrible patches of sticky mud that are pretty much unrideable unfortunately, must of had some hard rain there today or something :(

Might of dried out abit for Sunday though, fingers crossed.

Thats the problem with the wyre one of my favorite places to ride when the conditions are good but it suffers horribly with the mud

Even the upper bits where horrible sadly.

Still good fun though, my I-drive Link botch worked well with 50psi extra in the shock, felt normal so I'll keep riding.

Last week the Wyre was great, fairly dry trails, even a little dusty in some places...

Took Eddy around last Sunday and the conditions were pretty good...

There was a fair bit of rain early/mid week and its back to the brown stuff ! The conditions were not great yesterday either...but not as bad as it was on the previous Weds night ride ;-)

Yes I will be out in the morning, although not sure what kind of shape I will be in as I am doing a house removal today, then a few beers and curry at the end of it.... :-)

    10am @ VC/pub car park ?

Sorry, had to lend whats left of my car to a mate not going to ride there then do a ride, I'm not that fit.

Give me a ring 10ish if you want to come pick me up though :)

I'll do a long ish ride from here 1ish till 6ish all being well though.

Heavy rain is good, wet mud is better than sticky bike stopping mud.

Sorry mate, only just read your post, I could have picked you up no problem....

Just got back from what started out as a dry(ish) ride then turned into a mud fest...

Going to start and ride other places again, getting a little hacked off with all the mud...

    I figured that don't worry.

I got the bike all fixed up :) got ready, took 1 step outside in a hail storm and thought NAAAHHHHH, went to the gym instead LOL

Clent is better when it's muddy, Malverns better still but a drag to get there.
