Slightly off topic but would any of you be interested in a ride over Ludlow one weekend? I have a contact over there who said he'd be happy to lead out of towners and there's some great singletrack - plus a downhill course but that is just plain scary (we only looked at it!). Let me know and I'll get hold of him :)

Sadly, no video from the front it would of been interesting, with me realising ohhh the rear end is lifting, OHHHH SHITE THATS A LONG WAY DOWN!! I had time to shout man down in flight.

Not thinking broken, just bruised moving and breathing are both tricky.

Ordering a shorter stem to get my weight back a bit further, never felt I could get the weight back enough on this frame.

Just sneezed, thinking broken that HURTS.

Stop Whining (put the cookie down)

You gonna be ok for the ride tomorrow?

You dont push it enough to fall off so when you do you dont know what to do so end up coming off quite spectacularly!

Going to Cancel the ride tonight, go for a light swim and a jacuzzi and then hope to atleast start the ride tomorrow to meet Roger, we'll see how long I can ride for.

2 falls in the last 6 weeks, none for 3 years before, I'm missing my 29" wheel on the front.

50mm stem ordered, weight further back should help.

    Sassy, how's the ankle ??

With the recent flux of accidents a very worthy disclaimer there.

Technically Moggy was leading yesterdays ride, so if you could just drop the Volvo around and any cash you might have in your bank we'll call it quits, thanks mate! :)

Yep, like me, can go months and months without any mishaps and then for a few rides can't stay on the damn bike for more than 5 mins at a time

See you guys tomorrow, am giving the Peaks a miss due to still being pretty wasted from MM. I dread to think what I'd be like if ever I was to have my brain removed and do it solo! (no offence Mr A!)

I Think Im coming tooooo. Though only if the route is changed from 999metres of climbing to 1000.1metres.

Unless accidently riding over dDyl would count as the extra metre..
