Currently noshing into a lamb wrap (cycled) back at the office from the very wonderful Valentines cafe at Cwmbran train station.

They sell all the usual burgers/chips/fried stuff with cheese sprinkled on stuff that these places have to as well, but their lamb wraps are healthy and epicly wonderful. Nice guys too.....

Either left over roast dinner or spag bol.

Decisions decisions...spaghetti bolognese starter sounds good to me with the roast washed down with some ale.

Spaghetti bolognese or left over roast dinner.

Probably both with a bottle of ale!

chicken in low-fat sweet and sour sauce with mash. meh :(

although a quick post-ride weigh in shows me as being dead on 200lbs so it's worth it if i can get underneath that before my next 'scheduled' weigh-in on wednesday.

it was ok. the chicken was from smithfields so was decent and the mash was lovely, the sweet and sour sauce was just a light choices jar type affair.

it's chilli and rice tomorrow though, which reminds me I need to get some mince out the freezer

I get the feeling that you work quite close to me, Hatbeard. What with the Smithfields comment and the cycle courier rooting through the Eat discarded sammiches. Are you referring to the Cowcross St Eat here?

Aha, I'm on Cowcross Street. Small world, where do you commute from?

Btw, to keep it on topic, I just had Katsu Curry from Mugen (recommended).

I like the little Italian Restaurant there (Attilio).

3 courses for £12 or so, and a shot of Amaretto thrown in for good measure 8)
