Aha, I'm on Cowcross Street. Small world, where do you commute from?

Btw, to keep it on topic, I just had Katsu Curry from Mugen (recommended).
I like the little Italian Restaurant there (Attilio).

3 courses for £12 or so, and a shot of Amaretto thrown in for good measure 8)

    +1 great basic food

  • Oatmeal and raisin cookies. Is it bad that by the end of the day I estimate I'll have eaten two bags of 5 cookies in two days? I need to keep my energy levels up in the cold right? Right guys?

Gym before work gives me a good excuse to eat lots.
Protein shake, cycle in, gym, shake, porridge, lunch (spagbol), snack, cycle home, dinner. Likely find time for some chocolate inbetween, and a fair few cups of coffee.

  • Erm...

ITB, I have to say, I'm disappointed in you. There should be melted cheese over the top of that, and as Hatbeard rightly says, Salsa, and sour cream. I also like Guacamole and a generous sprinkling of Jalapenos.

    Noob.

I had toast with Marmite at 5am this morning to try and ease my restless legs, which worked mostly but now i'm really hungry and there's very little chance of getting out of the house today.
