I'm recording all my meals (not snacks) in trainingpeaks - it's not good, i mean the food is good but there's too much of it.

    Today for example

    Porridge, raisins & honey
    3 mugs of fresh coffee
-> 35 mins on the turbo

2 x slices of white toast with scrambled eggs & beans
-> 1.39 mins out on the road

2 x bowls of home made broccoli soup with rye bread
    spinach & onion risotto

    some beer, some more beer

Rule #9 // If you are out riding in bad weather, it means you are a badass. Period.
Rule #12 // The correct number of bikes to own is n+1.
Rule #42 // A bike race shall never be preceded with a swim and/or followed by a run.

Just started this regime as a short sharp shock to try to shift a bit of weight.

Have a evening meal when I get home but with about half normal portion size.

No alcohol, no nice stuff and no sandwichs when I'm waiting for the dinner to be cooked.

Then hit the turbo for a bit

Still drinking too much coffee (on cup 6 so far today - but have cut out the sugar)

Not commuting at the minute though. Will increase morning cal intake when I do.

I reckon it's the 3x mugs of coffee after the porridge - I often feel hungry shortly after drinking coffee.

    That's not dinner. That's snacking :)

Who needs a reason to have booze? I though it was a medical necessity during the winter. At least, that's what I've been telling myself
