Where are we going to see the Devil? Is he on the Tour this year?
I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.

It would be interesting if some of the CSC boys could get away from Cadel with Kohl - With SS up the road it makes it interesting.

When they are that hot and sweaty, and that tired, how on earth can they bear those necklaces they all wear? It's movement around my neck as it swings would drive me insane.

Cant' see Sastre getting a CSC contract next year unless he does something spectacular now. This '08 parcours was made for him.

The blue train is alive and kicking, just call 'em CSC.
A fine job, when 7 of the team are sitting on the front, chewing up and spitting out the rest.
Popo? A complete waste of Lotto money.
Andy Schlecks' just sewn up the white jersey.
I hate watching endless tempo riding, however effective it may be.

Yeah, he'll slip neatly into the Bobby J superdomestique role tho.

This is getting ridiculous now. Surely the CSC directeurs realise this is playing right into Cadel Evans' hands? This is helping neither Schleck or Sastre.

Can I ask another dumb question, please - I'm still quite new to this and have a woman's head for strategy (actually, that's an insult to women, I'm just thick. )

Why are CSC just plugging along like that? Everybody knows that Evans has an extraordinary ability to sit on wheels and will probably stick with them, so what are they trying to do? And aren't they rapidly running out of time?

    Thanks.

Getting rid of people to try and get a small group. And they're wearing everyone down and hoping Frank will be less worn down than the rest.

Jens should pop onto the front soon and do even more damage.

But if Evans is a good TTer, doesn't that mean he can sustain a heavy pace for a long time. In that case, aren't CSC more likely to wear Schleck out rather than Evans??

Which is fine if you want to drop the average climbers like Montfort and Nibali, but you ain't going to drop Evans by riding a steady tempo. You needs to hit him over and over with changes of pace.

If he gets to the bottom of Alpe d'Huez alongside Kohl and Schleck, the race is over.

If Evans had a good team, he'd send them up to the front to ride tempo and cut off any attacks. Why are CSC doing this. They should send Sastre on a attack and leave Evans to chase it down. This is silly.
