are there any woods or anything in maldon to blast around?go flat out or fall out!0
-
how many miles is the trail along the sea wall ?0
-
There's little bits here and there but nothing mega, there's loads of nice routes around though depending on how long a ride people want, there's a good one which finishes at the blue boar pub too :-),
Speaking of woods I've been meaning to say, I have my eyes on a very abbandoned overgrown ex BMX track if anyones interested it would need some cutting back and re-doing but nothing a bit of manpower wouldn't fix I doubt there'd be any bother, no-ones really played down there since I was a lad and I'm nearly 27 now!0 -

There is some woods in the village where I live, which is 5 minutes from Maldon, also puts you near Danbury, where is there a lot of stuff to ride. Could send you a map if your interested0 -
I'll be out riding Thorndon on Saturday morning if anyone wants to come and have some fun.Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0

all of which sound tempting but im tempted to go with thorndon because this time of year it gets windy and i can imagine it being a struggle along the sea wall, although the pub does sound good. could do with that map also if theres one going.go flat out or fall out!0

Searched the forums last night and realised all the places I go have already been talked about on this thread

Noticed all the same users have posted on it as well so I won't bore everyone with the same stuff :oops:0 -

Doesn't ring any bells, but I have only lived here for 9 months, might recognise him if I saw him. He should know where Woodham Walter Common and Thriftwood are, they are both right next to The Warren Golf Club, they have some good stuff to ride.0 -
might tie my jack russel onto my bars ..... instant dog sled0
-
i think i may do thorndon as i fancy a wooded area as i think it could get really windy at the sea wall, might go to malden when it warms up.go flat out or fall out!0
