Hi
I managed to take a look early september over at Warley and theres some really hardcore stuff. I would love to take my Cannondale Chase to the dirt jumps but forget those wooden structures as they are proper, but i would love to shoot some guys doing there stuff as photography is my thing. Take a look at my site www.track-news.com to see what i do as i am only 12 miles from Warley.
Cheers0 -
Not much jumping now until it dries out, which at this rate will be some while yet.
Lots of the small stuff is still OK, rode around it last Thursday night.
Still there is plenty of riding to do in the mud.Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0 -

I think it's also a case of no kids, no mortgage, no worries.
That's what most come up with when they look at some of it, "well if I didn't have kids and a mortgage to pay".
For me it's just my old bones just don't bounce so much. Now where's that "Get Out of Crash Free Card"0 -

Hey, anyone riding this weekend? Got both days free (for once XD) and was wondering if anyone was or wanted to go for a ride around.
Would go nights, but lights might help... :?

Not sure yet, maybe Langdon but i dont know the area well enough to pick out a good route!
Might try danbury but it depends on the weather?0 -
 Thorndon would be halfway for you both :?:0
-
Yeah was thinking about riding one tree hill, but i got "ushered" out by the council ranger last time, got a few loops near my house, but never really ventured up to One Tree Hill for a proper trash about.
Cheers

Went on a ride today, just around Langdon Hills. The nature reserve, Marks hill woods, Gravel hill etc.
Might be up for something tomorrow morning if the weather is nice, it was muddy (ish) today. If your interested.0 -

well one by one they all dropped out, thats two weeks on the trot that no one has wanted to ride, i must admit though i did enjoy the lay in?
Dreading getting back out after two weeks off?0 -
what is langdon hills like is it quite flat ?or is it just one hellish hill after another  any info would be useful as im going to explore next week :?:0
-
It isn't flat, but there is one reasonably large hill (3:1?) near the visitor centre. Few more around the place but i haven't found any harder than that one.
What day were you going to explore next week?0 -

never been so hard to say .... why fancy it :?:0

I was just thinking, there is One Tree Hill and Westley Heights, the Nature reserve and surrounding woods. I know a few trails around the Nature reserve area if you were interested. Still need to have a proper look around One Tree Hill though, not been there yet.0
