Lovely Cervelos there! Chapeau! 8)jonancat wrote:I would like to show you my Orbea Onix, but I just can't figure out how to post the picture.
How do you do it?
Upload your photo to a site like http://www.imageshack.us/,
then cut and paste the code it generates [in the "Direct link to image" box]
into your message with after.
Does it look anything like my one?

My new Condor Baracchi....and yes I do know I could have got it cheaper elsewhere as the frame is not Condor's own...I live 10 min from Condor so to me it's worth it.
Dura Ace throughout though except the compact chainset. Wheels are handbuilt as I live in London and want the serviceability and durability they offer...DT Swiss RR 1.1 Rims and Dura Ace hubs.0 -
That's a very nice looking bike but WTF is going on with those bars and stem? Angles all seem wrong to me
Yeah I took the photo from close to the ground and the bike is angled against the wall so it has made things look a bit skewed.
I do have the stem flipped (it's a vice versa) along with a couple of spacers, as I've got a long inseam and my saddles quite high but handlebars are "normal" angle.

Why don't you put those lovely Reynolds wheels on the Cervelo?
I am happy with the Reynolds on the BMC. These Bonty wheels are pretty fast, and the colours (to my eye) finish the frame off well. The reynolds wheels are fantastic though.
As you'd probably imagine, both bikes are a dream to ride, though the BMC for me has slightly better handling.0 -
Finally, he is my Orbea Onix with Dura-Ace & Easton Ascent II wheels.
I have since changed the saddle to a Fizik Arione & added carbon bottle cages.

Spent ages umming and ahhing over whether to go for Focus, Time or Specialized. In the end I was really impressed by the tarmac on a test ride, it fitted so well and felt fast and damn comfortable. Bought a copy of Bike Plus on the way to the shop to pick it up and was glad to see it came over well in the review and took the advice by changing the 11-28 SRAM cassette to a ultegra 12-25.
Loved the look of the Time bikes but kept my head and went for the bike that felt best. Maybe Time, next time, though

First post and its a picture.
My "Bitsa" Giant TCR.
Bit of an odd mix, Ultegra Cranks and Sti, 105 front mech, Tiagra rear mech, RS500 wheels, ambrosio brakes, SPD pedals, but it works and it'll get me fit some how.0 -
