Quite an old frame now, but upgraded the wheels, crank, saddle and besides, the frame was good enough for the pro's a few years back so upgrading it would just be for window dressing right now... Next, to fit a Garmin 705 and better pedals.

Bloody hell that looks like a gate than bike
What size is it? 63, 64cm?0 -
its a 58cm frame. just had to measure and check as i couldn't remember. Being 6"3 one could argue that i should have a bigger frame, but i feel really comfrotable on this size after trying out loads at the LBS when i bought it a few years back.
It does look massive though compared to other bikes in this thread!!!0 -

They actually feel REALLY good to ride with, and first time out with them I took 1 minute out of my previous best up a local hill... BUT, I had changed my position on the bike somewhat too based on a fitting session so that could be more to do with it than the pedals, but I'm sure they helped.
They really do give you a more fluid motion on the rotation - my technique on the rollers has never been so smooth. Whether or not there is any ACTUAL benefit is difficult to tell without going back to 'normal' pedals though, and I'm not so sure I want to do that just yet... which can only be a good thing!
I've also not ridden normal pedals since I switched so I've got no ideal what the rotatation feels like by comparison. All I can say is that when you put your foot on the wrong side of these you realise just how much difference they do make (as you knee nearly knocks your jaw clean out of alignment!).0 -

These sound great - what made you go for them and what cleats do they take?0
