Anyway back to the main topic. Do the organisers mark the route the week before so we can maybe look at a few practice laps a few days before or are we <s>sending a test dummy round the first lap</s> riding blind first time.

At D2D we did a practice lap (together 4um Ride Stylee) in the daylight, just to get an idea of the course (and wish they'd stuck a 53t outer ring on). Pretty sure we can do the same at SITS.

I'm getting faster, but I think im pushing too hard. My legs are constantly feeling like they are about to fall off and im exhausted most the time. I need rest i think.
