    As a horse racing fan, road racing is the equivalent of Flat racing; CX is more like NH (Jump) racing.
    However, Roubaix can be a bit like the National, as it's a spectacular event; but the favourites tend to do better than in the National.

    Wife has booked us in for a pub lunch with her parents at 2pm. I've tried arguing the dogs can't be left in our holiday cottage but she has said one can stay in her parent's caravan and the other in the car. Unfortunately it isn't warm enough to argue against leaving one in the car so looks like I'll miss the key stages.

    Getting the entire team in the front group is quite a feat. You would have thought alarm bells would have started ringing when other teams saw them up there and Kwiato started driving it. A few others up front need to start to realise there is a chance to get rid of the favourites once and for all and start pulling through a bit more.
