    Does it/should it matter?
Russian citizen, Russian passport holder, represented Russia, so the MFs would hazard a guess at pretty Russian.
If that's your complete stance, doesn't that risk global nuclear war (them and us).

Can't we just have a nice game of chess?

All except for the minor detail of him not being banned.
Sorry to say but the UCI has more power over this matter than the MFs.
and we all know the UCIs moral fibre - up there with UEFA I believe.
All sport if you want the moral high ground to be maintained.

Only factor that counts is, he is racing.
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

what? banning a cyclist because the lawmakers say that he isn't allowed to race is going to cause MAD?

Are you hanging out with Richard?

I guess it makes sense that the military guy on the forum persecutes indiscriminately on a "papers please" basis. Not known for nuance.

Richard, you really are special sometimes.

Its not indiscrimately persecuting, its following the letter of the rules.

Not sure why you spent so much time telling us all about the morality of banning Russians then, you should probably have just presented the legal argument.

BTW, you seem to have missed the "End of" in preceding posts. It was my understanding that this signified no other argument was necessary. Please comply.

loads of places, generally from the Courts, Police, your club secretary.

you, anywhere there are rules to be followed.

tell ya what fella, turn up at your next club TT on a motorbike and see what they say, especially when you say that you don't believe in their rules.

No, they haven't, unless Vlasov winning the Tour de Romandie two weeks ago was a really vivid dream. Alena Amialiusik and Tamara Dronova rode in a Women's World Tour race yesterday,

The fact the UCI have allowed them to do this is a massive failing but hey, at least they had a go before losing their spines.

You should have a word with the tennis lot.
They would rather see Wimbledon banned than any of their Russian members.
