The whole team look out of sorts, sure Carapaz is challenging for the podium but you would expect him to have more time on those around him. Rowe wasn't in the front echelon when we briefly had them yesterday which is unusual. Castro and Kwia have been the only two who have possibly done what you would expect. I appreciate that Thomas and Porte have had more than one crash, possibly others too, but it doesn't seem very like Ineos.0

According to ITV results at one point, Ineos have come up with a new GC strategy - body swapping. They've only mastered swaps within the team, though.
