why not keep the standard chainring, lose the big cogs and move the cassette across with spacers? The 11 tooth cog isn't going to see much action with a 60 ring .bobmcstuff said:

Allegedly it also saves energy as the chain doesn't have to flex as much to go around the bigger radius at the cassette end of things. I'm not necessarily convinced, but half of the advantage is in the mind.Mad_Malx said:
