Renaat off of Sporza says WvA and Sporza are about as close to official as cycling gets....

Isn't the white line the one that matters? First view I thought it was van Aert my a good distance, video still looked like Pidcock by a couple of cm.
Whichever way, what a talent Pidcock is.Warning No formatter is installed for the format1 -

It's nice to collect from a bookie over 4/1000th of a second.lettingthedaysgoby said:4/1000th of a second apparently.
Would have been nice to see Pidcock win though. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

About as conclusive as VAR; when they're showing lines, I just roll my eyes....."Here we go again".
I didn't like them announcing Wout as the winner barely 30 secs after the finish - honestly, please stop this. Wait until it's absolutely certain - it's happened before, and they got it wrong (TdF when Uran was actually the winner). All Road/ Gravel: tbcWinter: tbcMTB: tbcRoad: tbc"Look at the time...." The finish line tech is well established and available to those operating it pretty much instantly. We may not have seen it but the race control people will.andyrac said:About as conclusive as VAR; when they're showing lines, I just roll my eyes....."Here we go again".

I remember reading about some guy who made money betting on photo finishes on race courses. He figured out the horse on the far side generally looked further back to the naked eye than on the photo - maybe a case of that here.[Castle Donington Ladies FC - going up in '22]1

That's just delightfully degenerate. 😜😂PTP Champion 2019, 2022 & 20230
