What's the highest score in competitive international rugby?
Google says - The record for biggest winning margin is held by Australia, who hammered Namibia 142-0 in Adelaide in 2003.The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

Seems to have tailed off a bit0

Yeah, it's not got that "anything can happen" appeal any more.
Just going through the motions. The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.

There seemed to be definite head contact from the shoulder of the Romanian 15 why he made the try saving tackle a few minutes ago but it got totally ignored by the officials.0

Crucial match in our group about to start.
Yesterday Wales “B” played like Wales “D”. Flipping awful but credit to Portugal. Always nice to see major improvement among minor nations."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.1 -
I only saw the first half and listened to the first 15 minutes of the second half. Portugal surprised me by the quality of their play with ball in hand, they looked really dangerous. Wales really played into their hands though, with a team like that surely you just keep the ball tight and use what should be superior power and fitness to grind them down.0

No way should that Aussie try stand. Aussie off his feet pushing the ball out.0

Thought they got lucky with the arm hitting the head in the high tackle. The tackled player was stumbling but hadn’t really lost any height.0

Fiji have found a class goal kicker here. They’re starting to look like a complete team.0

Fiji were the higher ranked team coming into the tournament.0

That does surprise but I don't watch much southern hemisphere. The Fijians did tell me there could be a surprise when I was there. They'd be disappointed by last week.Dorset_Boy said:Fiji were the higher ranked team coming into the tournament.

England v Japan summary - Knockon.

England are so dull.0
-
I think the better teams will rip England apart, if they play this way0
-
England are terrible - the game plan is dumb and dull. Even naturally attacking players seem terrified to do anything other than kick it.
Borthwick and co clearly don't have a clue.0 -
Ha, I never knew heading a ball was part of rugby0
-
How lucky was that?0

If you deliberately head it forward is it still not a knock on? Seems like it could be an underused tactic!diplodicus said:Ha, I never knew heading a ball was part of rugby
