Dammit, Martinez looked like he was going into the break right before 12 so I put him in as a PTP...

    PTP karma.

DQS finish off the intermediate sprint well - putting a rider in bewteen Sagan and Bennett.

Bennett's day is done I guess.

Mørkøv has done this pretty much every time. Takes Bennet all the way to the line then just eases off about 6 inches before. I've picked up quite a few fantasy points from a rider that is the lowest possible cost from him.

Your Good on camera Dave . Could handle more of those . Especially the new cols like this .
Thanks, but really hard, it would have been better not stopping to film.

Really enjoyed his insights. He's great to listen to, you flick back to Eurosport and Kirby is talking about how surprised he is, 90km out with a lead of 5 minutes, that the break are being allowed to win the stage.

As above, better than listening to Kirby wanking on about something irrelevant.

Also it sounds interesting to me (had to turn it off for work, just about saw the break go).

He will be in virtual polka dots if he tops Madeleine first.

I thought you were in favour of more English Language insight on commentary? ;)

Having the same dilemma as yesterday where I think I should probably go and ride my own bike but I really want to watch today...

Bahrain on the front. Landa has a plan.

    Gap plummeting.

  • You just know a football crowd at this point would be singing "Two dire Quintanas... there's only two dire Quintanas..."

(previously, of course, there were two Quintanas - one of whom was good whilst the other one was Dayer)
  • Kamna not able to follow today

Bahrain doing serious damage. I really hope this results in people attacking Roglic early. Can't see the break lasting to the summit at this rate.

2 hours after they started today's coverage. :D

Yeah about the race and the riders, not kit and aero.

Kamna, not a GC rider. Carapaz, GC rider - backs it up the next day.

Movistar are weird. No real contender but still have most of their team in the seriously reduced favourites group.

Colbrelli parks up after a monster turn. Poels giving another reminder of the quality of support Ineos have lost.

Carapaz has miraculously found form now he's not on domestique duties.

Amazing watching Colbrelli tearing it up a HC climb.

Wonder what Bahrains plan is here.
