    Really horrible combination of roads and weather. At least the riders appear to be being sensible.

    The second fall looks to have been heavier for Sivakov. Just needs to nurse himself to the finish and try to take it easy for a couple of days now.

    Another biggish spill. I can see the riders neutralising this stage. Way too much paint on the roads for these conditions. Ewan down.
