I watched over lunch and noticed the break were riding in a slight echelon formation but no-one was mentioning the possibility of echelons, I do a bit of work and take a quick look to see it smashed to pieces. At least Quintana has learned that Ineos will work the wind given any chance but why weren't FDJ alert?

Good ride by Ewan to make the front group. Hoping Colbrelli is there too.

The inevitable emo Porte interview is probably going to generate dark matter.

Don't mention runs and Kiwis, it's still a sensitive subject.

On overhead it looked like Vivani was coming past but WvA kept pushing then the throw looked like the decider

Dan Martin making the front echelon in the wind is the cycling equivalent of hell freezing over and pigs flying.

It'd need to come up with the works of Dan Brown to write something so preposterous though

I thought "Dan Brown" already was the pen name for a monkey writing collective.
