Slow cooked Chicken curry - 6.5 hrs @ 125 deg in the oven.
Started this and thought 'oh bollox, should've taken a pic first'.
It's good, needs a tweak or two to make it special. Made my own curry paste. There's nothing like putting Cumin, Fennel and Coriander seeds in the pan briefly and then crushing them. What an aroma.

It's a shoe insert. It's done 5k plus. Cooked slowly in cider vinegar overnight. A bit chewy but full of character.elbowloh said:

Late lunch, big mushrooms stuffed with a compound butter of garlic, parsley and nduja. Topped with fresh mozzarella and baked. Served with fried eggs. Pretty bloody good. Allowed it as I had no breakfast before my ride...
