Never say pippa in Italy, it refers to a w-a-n-k
Pippa was once Robert Millar. Officially came out as transgender last week.
Should have deffo chosen a name that doesn't translate as w-a-n-k in another language, surely he/she has ridden the Giro and is aware of it
Currently in the process of choosing baby names with my wife and can honestly say that checking names against meanings in other languages hasn't and won't be done.
What's wrong with her picking a name she likes?
Many moons ago sat in the pub, mate's wife about to give birth to a girl. Talk came round to prospective names... "Chloe" at which point our Morroccan friend went ashen faced "you can't call her Chloe, it means something really bad in Arabic - testicles". At that point the father-to-be clapped his hands together said "Chloe it is then".0 -
Why is there a dinosaur running amok at Anfield? And in what alternative reality does the threat of being trodden on by a dinosaur have anything to do with men's skincare products. Bring back the KP elephant0

If we hadn't found out it's a boy I'd be proposing Pippa Chloe Xxxxxx or Chloe Pippa Xxxxxx tonight.0 -
Flecha just did the last km ride. Wow! It looks a serious beast of a finish.0

I know the flat is actually boring to watch (but nonetheless an essential part of the TDF), but have any of the km so far been actually any more interesting than the last two days?2015 Canyon Nerve AL 6.0 (son #1's)

Jurgen Roelandts? Was being shown as well off the back in the tracker (over 9 mins) and no longer there - was it a mistake showing him off back or has he got in the car?0

Pinot popped. Apparently he's not well... Will any of FDJ make it to Paris?0

Sky not messing about today.
Serious hurt being applied.
Poor Chaves. Might as well go home."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
Not related to today's stage...
What is the record for stage wins in a single Tour?
Just Kittel already has 5 with another 3 or 4 sprint stages to come and seemingly little opposition.0 -

I had a radial head fracture in my left elbow after falling off last year. Suffice to say I did not get back on and finish my ride to work, nor did I get back on the bike the following day.0 -
