    I've been very productive this afternoon. Two loads of washing done. A visit to the physio, bike booked in for her annual service, an article submitted. Now I'll read a thesis.

    I must say I have enjoyed the discussions between José and Bobby about what is the best type of bread for different types of cheese when making the all important kaas broodje. They could have it as a listening exercise on the citizenship test.

    2017 Tour: Why couldn't Sagan talk to the Commissaires, he has a right to.

    I doubt CAS will change anything. They have a long standing aversion to getting involved in 'on-field' decisions.

    I'm looking for a diamond encrusted solid gold Rolex. Not a new one. I've tried everywhere but can't seem to find one. There must be a specialist surely? Can anybody help me why we're waiting for something to happen?
