Just checked the timings, and if it's anything like the last sprint stage you might as well tune in at about 1830 to catch the most exciting bit.0

I'm quite partially to a morsel of this.
Not that well known. Stumbled upon it at a small Auberge we've used a few times, during my "Grand Tour" days.
Gets it's AC name from the small town a few kms South of Troyes.
