Just checked the timings, and if it's anything like the last sprint stage you might as well tune in at about 1830 to catch the most exciting bit.

Had one of the best meals I've ever had in Trwa. Oeufs en Meurette to start then my first andouillette. Sadly, whenever I've tried one since it's been disgraceful...

Not that well known. Stumbled upon it at a small Auberge we've used a few times, during my "Grand Tour" days.



Gets it's AC name from the small town a few kms South of Troyes.

The French made a film about it called Manon des Chaource. :P
