The front group and chase group seemed to fly up the side of the Oude Kwaremont and the Paterberg............certainly shows the impact of the wearing down process at the Tour of Flanders and extra distance!0 -

It's fun because it's basically Flanders but people willing throw caution to the wind in a way they won't for the big one.0 -

I could barely get up in on a compact. Hat for that.
I rode up it yesterday morning, took my cyclo cross bike with a 46/34 and 12/32 and I only just got up. It's brutal. Shocking. My Garmin kept auto pausing I was going so slowly0 -
Rick's just reminded me that there isn't live coverage on Eurosport.
Hard to believe that they would pick to show the prima donnas over the hard men.
Sporza be the hosts, as per usual and their live coverage runs from 1-15pm to 5pm GMT.
It is possible there will be a Quigley or Hatch feed and commentary available, if any the Eurosport "family" breaks ranks and dumps the little stage race."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
Its on Eurosport Player at 14:00 if that's any help.0

I've got an 11.30 meeting about an hour away... Hopefully I can keep it short!!!0 -

Quick start today by the looks of it. Benign weather (for E3) looks like they're not letting the sprinters have it all their wayNapoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.0

Eurosport Player is now showing E3 live, with commentary.
Eurosport on Sky is, bizarrely, showing yesterday's Catalunya stage so assume the 4.30pm broadcast will show E3 in full but delayed.Napoleon, don't be jealous that I've been chatting online with babes all day. Besides, we both know that I'm training to be a cage fighter.0 -
The Taaienberg charge every time.

Boonen giving it the beans on the Taaienberg.
All is good with the world.0 -
Gilbert doing justice to the Belgian Champs jersey - attacked the bunch with a few others.
Dual screening with Catalunya so not exactly sure who else he's with...0 -
Sagan stuck chasing. Odd he didn't follow his old mate GVA."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0

Looks like it could be a Dwars replay.
Totally disorganised behind."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
I remember sniggering at Tan and Tomolaris a few years ago when they said Durbridge was Cancellara like and would be good for a race like Paris Roubaix (although the tense was present rather than future). Know why they're paid to talk about the sport, though they're both generally shit.
My man Postlberger up there.0 -
Fun racing this.
Looked like Tony Martin and Sagan were about to head off on the chase then.0 -
Martin's bringing the pain - the bunch is strung out with gaps everywhere. Quality.0

Sagan down"Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0

The chase group continue to muck about and attack each other while the leaders ride like a team."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0

Naasen, Gilbert and van Avermaet leading on their own now. Solid group.0
-
Durbridge is trying to bridge over on his own - he's going really well this year.0
-
They should have plenty of time to finesse.
Disappointed in Rowe today.
Thought hard about Naesen, but went for Luke as my 8 pointer."Science is a tool for cheaters". An anonymous French PE teacher.0 -
No real chase from the bunch.0
