As Pinno mentioned Westonbirt, these are from a couple of years ago. Other than the Japanese Maples I think we were a bit late for the best autumn colours.

Not sure how you're linking your images @masjer but we always seem to get redundant html either side of your photos.

Yes, I was going to ask about that. They've been uploaded from Flickr using embed (right click, copy code), then paste into the insert an image box.
Any help with this would be appreciated.

Ah, you're getting the code from the 'embed' request on Flickr ... you just need the link for the photo, not the embed code, then drop that link into the insert image box.

Oh, I see. I just tried, but it won't allow me to enter the link. Share, copy the https://flic.kr......., paste into insert image box, press enter, nothing.
Is it possible it doesn't work because I'm on a Chromebook or am I just being a spanner?

Oh, tat might be the Chromebook thing (not sure), as the forum software doesn't work on the insert image thing on Android.

You can probably use the embed option, and if you want to tidy it up, remove a bit of code by editing the post, but that's a bit faffy. I'll have a look and see if I can see what would need to be deleted if you do want to faff.

When it does that, add .jpg on the end. Then the image box will disappear. Afterwards delete .jpg from the file location.

I'll try from a PC to check. I'll have a fiddle deleting some bits or just upload from hard drive.
    Many thanks Brian.

Yes, that worked, and it needs very little code (took out about two thirds of the embedding code

    All you need is this:

That's obviously for this particular photo, but you can see where the link goes.

Wow, that's cleaned it up! You are a clever man!
    Cheers.

    HaHa

Yes that did my head in until I worked it out, nice one BT

You've done the canvass thing - and then inverted it

No canvas. Just a crop from a larger photo.

Le selfie du jour... the causeway I'm standing on is my Concretehenge: when the sunset is directly at its end, it's either the start of winter (roughly 1 Nov), or spring is on the way (at least in my mind... roughly now).

    Spring's on the way.

No, well, no more than the mud is bricks... they are reeds, which I suppose could have been harvested for thatching (though I suspect it'd be rubbish thatching).
