Ok, here goes.

Been a long time since I've visited these forums but after falling and breaking my ass (almost literally) I've got time to spend with my new Nikon D3400 (replaced an old Canon D300).

While I strive to improve my eye and technique, I also believe in documentation (lousy shot may beat no shot at all) so I hope to have fun visiting this thread and learn a thing or three.

Akira. It’s no great work of art but a bit better than a ‘documentation’ picture if only because you resisted any urge to convert to B&W!

Having seen your post on the Trump thread, this makes a lot more sense. Don't see many of those this side of the pond.

I'm pretty sure if those were birds they'd have wings and feathers. I think those are probably your State Cows.

She spent some time in Britain.

The Memphis Belle after several years of heavy static display restoration is now on display at The National Museum of the United States Air Force.

Over the years I was privy to peeks of the work.



The restoration team worked diligently on details that will be unseen to the public.
