    If it was dry at the beginning and wet at the end then something unexpected might happen, but not the other way around.

    Yep.

    There's also the possibility that the best TTers will get slightly drier roads.

    Froome was saying the climbs are steep but short, and he didn't see any of the main TT riders having much issue with them.
