    Wednesday

Long day of meeting meh organised, so an early start and late finish planned

Kids of to my parents for a few days later so out to friends for dinner
  • Morning Losers!

I'm back home after my weekend away. The Staffordshire countryside is truly amazing, and it was silent, pitch black, and just fantastic. It's made me learn how much I hate people!

After lots of food, lots of sex and lots of dog walking, I'm back home and crackin' on with shizzle I have to do. I need to ebay stuff, fix the motorbike, clean the motorbike, trim my bonsai and do a load of paperwork. Yay.

    Better get crackin!

My productivity at work certainly seems to have dropped.
My boss managed to take the top off his thumb last night trying to free a stiff link on his motorbike chain. Ouch! I'm knackered and grumpy after a bad nights kip, heard a friend died yesterday after a long illness. I was expecting it but it still sucks. Being Wednesday tonight will be pub and raising a glass or several to her.

Lets hope those were three separate events :P

Busy day again but only 2 days left before I leave the minions to it...rock on.

Which one do you reckon I should book then? :)

Sorry to hear about your friend, there is way too much of this about at the moment :(

    Evening twunts,

Been a busy boy recently, removing heavy oak beams that were a bit ropey and replacing with non oak beams, all is going ok. In other news I'm battered as the beams are blimmin heavy.

    Thursday

Tired due to a long day yesterday followed by the pub - well the kids are away :)

    Today is see above
  • Morning Losers!

Another day off for me. I'm tired from my lie in, but am about to do the washing up to warm me up a bit. I'm not sure I have enough milk for weetabix, and this is not good.

Todays plan is to sell a load of stuff on eBay. I need money, and lots of it. My daily job is not meeting my living needs.

    Morning all,
Traditional Thursday morning hangover is in evidence, bit blowy as well. Both can be blamed on the beer. Not much going in the office other than everyone moaning about a smell, I can't smell it but I don't think it's me. It started yesterday at the back of the office and I'm now on the second day of listening to the office drama queens whining about the smell. A couple of them have taken to walking around with their hands over their mouths now. I might have to batter someone if this carries on.
    Lunch with the Mrs later.

    Evening flatulents!

More beam and lintel fitting today, incredible how a new chain on the chainsaw goes through oak beams like the proverbial knife through butter.
More building schnizzle tomoz, tired crudder here.

On the train home after a hard day day in the office. Tax doesn't just save itself you know.

Going to lob my ski kit into the suitcase tonight as I'm off to Heathrow tomorrow after work. Then I'll treat myself to a cold cider. After all there wont be much if that where I'm going 8)

Happy to see Fryday come round again. Should be a fairly standard day of work with a variety of silly questions and various bits of messing about in between. Dead pig will be had for lunch. When I say had I mean I will be eating things like bacon, sausage and black pud. Not that I will be doing a David Cameron. Later is a stop at the pub with the Mrs for a couple on the way home.

It's the final countdown from work - out at 5.00. I'll hit the bar when I get to the hotel at Heathrow :) Snowing today but sunny on the weekend where I'm headed so may get a bit of powder (of the snowy variety, that is).

Waiting in Heathrow T2 for the bloody gate to be called. Boring. Drank a bit too much last night after getting chatting to a very nice young lady in the hotel bar :)

    Morning berks,

Very tired young man here, had a week of hard labour and not really sleeping too well. Even the bottle of red last night didn't help.
Onwards to more manual labour and more fatigue.

Really hope you have a great ski trip Stevo, i really do, honest! I'm really looking forward to your updates as well! M'eh!

    Toodles.

    Evening all,
Mildly busy today, took the Mini to a mates workshop to fettle a few bits whilst it was up in the air. Much quieter now with fewer ominous clonks. Then went into Kingston and bought a whistle. Haven't owned a suit since I was at school, feel very grown up now. Need it for a posh dinner in a couple of weeks and now have two funerals to go to after a bad week for people that know me. Relaxing with a cold beer now.

Today is prepping the bathroom for painting as the wife is off for a few weeks so we might as well save the cost of the decorator

Later is rugby and the pub - maybe in that order or maybe together if I can convince the wife to drive

Woke feeling a bit jaded but made it to the lifts in time for them to open at 9. Skied hard till gone 5 managed to do Val D'Isere and Tignes, and now knackered. Trying to do the Face Bellevarde last thing was a bit hairy. Weather perfect and tons of snow 8)

Headed do the pool and sauna in a bit, then it's out for beer and Raclette, aka death by cheese.

  • Back to Work, Monday Morning Sadness

    Meh. Morning Losers!

I've had a fantastic week off work, though I didn't do any riding, which was a shame. My weekend away feels like a distant memory now.

Today, I have the joys of retard minion trying to update me on everything I've "missed" whilst away. What he fails to understand is I really don't give it a cr4p.

After work, I have to drive over to Bury for a meeting that I've done no preparation for. Great.

Good start to the way as I used a bike to get to work vertually the only cycling I've done this year. It also meant I knew I could enjoy the local last night

Today's work has been good so far, later is walking dads taxi for the eldest & yuff club

    Afternoon all,
Busy day today and feeling rough as fook so not doing great. Spot of emergency plumbing for me this morning after the water leak flooded the kitchen and bathroom last night. Sorting that out meant I got to bed at about 1am and was up at 6:30 to turn the water back on so wife and boy could wash and stuff. Fixed it properly before coming in to work and been catching up ever since. Should really stay a bit later and make up the time but going to bail at 4.30 as I'm really not feeling it.
