    Morning bumders

Hectic week involving excessive beer and bikes, also minimal work took place. Making a vague attempt to work today to make up for it*

This evening off to the pub for the cycling club AGM, apparently I won a trophy for time trialling, I hate time trialling, only started doing it this season and CBA with doing it again. Anyone want to buy a TT bike?

*I've so far done nothing and am off to the pub for lunch soon.

TT means something very different to me, I'm a big fan. The Twickenham Tandoori is a fine establishment, the drunk catcher positions himself outside to tempt us when we're at our weakest.
Another busy day here, work cannot be avoided but it helps the time pass. Christmas lash up tonight so much beer will be drunk and inappropriate behaviour thrown in for good measure. A few of the guys have done the Movember thing, I say done but three of them have wimped out and shaved this morning. Why the fookin' hell would you grow a 'tache for 29 days and then shave it off before the end of the month? We've got stick on 'taches and strong glue. They will have 'taches on at some point during the evening like it or not.
The Mrs will be putting Christmas decorations up tomorrow, in anticipation of being incapacitated I got the stuff out the loft last night. I shall mostly be lying low tomorrow.

Balls!!! All change as just heard bro in law is no more. Hopefully that’s the last one for this year, I’m so passed this people I know dying thing. Told the wife I’d let her start putting the dec’s up today, that’s how sympathetic I am. You lot could learn a thing or two from me.

    Evening Mongs,

Busy day up North including a visit to Sweatland to visit a shady forumite. Now at home making a dent in the booze stash and deciding what to eat out the freezer. Living the dream.

    Afternoon Skivers,

Good house party last night so needed a lie in this morning. Have been trying to avoid Stressbag and her jobs list for much of today. MOTD might be worth a watch this evening.

Why? Is there rugby on rather than a bunch of overpaid irons.

I'm instinctively suspicious of a game played by men with odd shaped balls :)

Afternoon All, decent ride in, but don't like setting off in the dark, makes it feel way too early. The office refit has started and half the office is out of bounds so we're playing battery hens for a few weeks. I've encouraged the minions to work at home more which seems to have worked quite well.

Gareth Hunt, the coffee w@nker. He used to drink in the pub I worked in when I was 18. We'd often give him a special wave, I'm sure he thought we were referring to the coffee ad's.
Dull day at work, busy but not exciting.
Eat the dead chicken bg, if you catch deaded disease you'll know it died of something nasty.

What about the woman who offered him a 'cup.of coffee? Bonus points for that.

Day started well and peaked with free lunch at a good Japanese joint. Then went downhill. Then rhe system crashed at work and we couldn't do anything so bailed out and tried to go home and find the trains are fubarred. Still on the way

    Sharon Maughan.
V68 can have Maddy. I'll take a few extra Crud points.

    Evening, ball bags.

It's all go here. The annual round of school Christmas events, work outings and extra Dad's Taxi duties has started and yours truly has already had enough. Going to work, which I usually detest, is a welcome break from it all.

Does anybody want to buy a season ticket for The Dragons? One careful owner and likely to become a collector's item if the team don't start playing rugby properly. On Saturday they lost to Leinster's 3rds after a shocking display of how not to play rugby. Carry on like this and I fear the region will be disbanded.

    It is for some!

    Good day berks,

Minor removals today, feral cat stalking this afternoon, now having a cuppa and a biccy.

More foods and drinks with friends this evening!

    Morning, knobends.

A cuppa and a biccy sounds like a great idea, bg13. It must be almost an hour since my last coffee so I had better saunter to the 'break out room' and get another one down my gullet.

It's nearly the weekend, TLW1. Hang in there, fella.

Nothing on this evening: no dad's taxi duties, no outstanding household tasks that I am aware of* and no shopping to be done. I am looking forward to loafing for a few hours.

*This may change as SWMBO has the day off and could well be compiling a list while I type!

Just on the way home now after a right busy daydealimg with whyte. Outstayed the directors who were headed out for some dinner. I think I earned the right to tell my Arsenal supporting boss that tonight's match against Man U was the trophy dodgers' derby :)

    Afternoon fools,

Fitted a soft closing lid on the bog and then p1ssed all over it, sort of marking my territory. Then spent an hour under the pool lid replacing some damaged support rods then had bacons and am now loafing!

You could have just parked a turd on the rim of the bog, et voila! A soft closing lid.

Getting taken out for a free posh dinner by one of the banks tonight and the banker bloke likes posh wine as well so should be a good 'un :)

    Evening soft closers,
Busy day at work was aided by wobbling there and back. Had to help the EPO when I got in as she is hosting the coven that is her Prosecco club, much cackling can be heard. Should have gone to the pub but thought it unfair to abandon female child. Fool that I am.

    Evening freaks and losers

Today I did some productive work!! Yes I would like a medal. Then I went home for the afternoon to recover.

Tomorrow is a day off to ride bikes as I've genuinely got to work over the weekend :(

Birdy, bizarrely Stropteen has decided she wants to follow in tour footsteps and become a vet. So were doing loads of research on different Unis. Apparently she's too busy to do it herself...

Also scarily she's just got her provisional driving license and has already arranged a lesson for tomorrow...

I'm off home to Dads taxi duty so I suppose if she passes there may be some benefit.
