    Get what out?
The above may be fact, or fiction, I may be serious, I may be jesting.
I am not sure. You have no chance.

I guess that means you don't like him. The song is quite amusing though. I strongly recommend you don't listen to his cover version of the Wurzels hit 'I am a cider drinker', the topically titled 'I am asylum seeker'.

    Like.

Although I'd also throw in Sting's version with the Gil Evans band backing him - Hiram Bullock on guitar, Kenward Dennard on drums and Mark Egan on bass. Truly fantastic.

Grace Jones - Love is the Drug, so much better than that fucking pub singer.
    Trail fun - Transition Bandit
Road - Wilier Izoard Centaur/Cube Agree C62 Disc
    Allround - Cotic Solaris

    Definitely.

Have to disagree with whoever said Amy's version of Valerie though.

I would add pretty much any cover of a song originally done by Dylan. Used to think the Gary Jules version of Mad World but now I'm not so sure as I like the contrast of the upbeat music of the Tears for Fears version against the lyrics.

Sympathy For The Devil. Guns N' Roses.

    Original, The Rolling Stones. Controversial?

Wasn't this just Axle Rose as he used a different guitarist to Slash because his playing wasn't good enough, apparently it's when Slash realized he was not part of the band anymore

personally think G n' R killed it,but the guess that's what makes us all different

Well, Wiki says that it was a contributory factor to rythym guitarist Gilby Clarke leaving, before Slash finally departed in 1996, 2 years after the recording.

Anyway, as posited before, seen Axl Rose and Rab C Nesbitt in the same room?

Think it was more Slash knew his time in the band was over, read his biography 7/8 years ago, which is a pretty good read

I'd vote the Matthews Southern Comfort cover of Woodstock superior to the CSNY version.

Two which strangely haven't been mentioned so far but stand head and shoulders above the original versions by taking them in an entirely different direction and have both stood the test of time!

Tainted Love - Soft Cell Original by Gloria Jones

Only Love Can Break Your Heart - St Etienne. Original by Neil Young and Crazy Horse
